How can I ask the tutor a question?

You can ask the tutor a question by navigating to the “Ask The Tutor" page when you are already logged in.

When the page opens, create a new ticket by clicking the “New Ticket" button.

Give the ticket a description (a brief outline of the question you have for the course tutor), then write your specific question in the “description" field.

You will then need to select a category for the ticket, which is simply the name of the course you’re taking. It will be in the list of available options.

Once done, tick the data protection box and click “submit ticket".

The tutor will come back to you via this system. You will receive an email notification when the tutor responds.

I can't log in

You can reset your login by clicking the “login" link in the top right corner of the website.

When the login box pops up, click on the “lost your password" link.

Input your username or email address into the password reset box.

You will receive a password reset link via email.

How can I change the name on my certificate?

You will be able to edit the name on your certificate of completion by navigating to your profile (top right corner of the website.)

You will then be taken to your profile page. Click on the “settings" tab and you will be able to add your first name and last name.

Click save once done. Once you save and the page refreshes, click on the drop down menu option on the page labelled “Display name publicly as".

Select your full name from the list below the click “save"

Can I get a refund?

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Upon submitting a request for a refund, our team will reach out to you to determine if we can resolve your concerns.

Refunds are only available if you fully participate in our programs (watch video lessons, complete downloadable worksheets, checklists, etc.) and use our support channels to find answers to your questions about the fundamentals our courses promise to provide.

If we cannot resolve your concerns, you will be entitled to a refund, minus transaction fee (5%)
